How it all began

VECLA was born in 2013, the result of a unique combination of structure and sensitivity that has accompanied Sumaia de Vasconcellos Miguel throughout her career. With over 25 years' experience in multinationals and consultancies, she realized that many companies lacked an integrated approach that connected strategy, organizational culture and human development. It was from this gap that Vecla came to life.
 

Vecla's foundation is deeply linked to Sumaia's DNA, especially her experience in planning and project management. Before working in human development, she built a solid career in marketing, sales and process management, developing an above-average facility for organization and structured execution.
 

Sumaia applies this expertise right from the start of each project: "When I send in a proposal, I've already put together all the necessary structure to start the work. My partners are aligned, the agreements are defined and everything is ready to go." This meticulous organization guarantees not only agility, but also the assurance that the client will always be well taken care of, with each stage of the process carefully planned and conducted.
